Course of strain line: The magnetic force building up during use is only minor, resulting in negligible residual magnetisation at the workpiece and the tool.
Adhesive force: max. 70 N/cm² for ground workpiece clamping surface. Fine pole pitch: 1.5 mm in steel, 0.8 mm in non-ferrous metals.
Application: Precision sine bar clamping tables are especially suitable for high-precision grinding of very thin and small workpieces with nonparallel surfaces. The angles are set by using the gauge blocks. The table should be fixed on the main shaft to avoid vibrations during grinding. The clamping systems can also be used on electrical discharge equipment. A sinusoid is included in the supply.
Further dimensions on request. The top plate can be machined up to 5 mm deep without affecting the magnetic retention force. Fastening of the clamping plates on the table is effected by claws. The clamping plates are supplied with stop shoulders.
